Bean and Vegetable Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
  • 2/3-cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:

Pound the garlic and salt into a paste and combine the mustard and vinegar. Whisk in the olive oil slowly and taste for seasoning.
